Training

Phil offers private training for both serious athletes as well as anyone who is interested in getting in shape.

His Philosophy

Phil believes that people are not identical - no two are exactly alike. Personal training should be based on the individual - not on a pre-written plan that gets applied to each new client.
 

When he works with you, he builds a training program from the ground up. Your program will include only the exercises that make sense for your body and your level of fitness. Each new training relationship starts with an interview where he asks dozens of questions about your history, experiences, preferences and goals for the future.

 

From there, you get a customized plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be. You can take Phil’s plan and run with it, or come back for a one-on-one workout session with Phil every week or whenever you need a refresher.

 

Phil Clark has had over 30 years of experience competing at high levels of sport, coaching top athletes, and writing about fitness. He is - without a doubt - the best trainer for you, no matter what your level.
